No problems there then... however the Royal Mail ensured it arrived in poor condition again (this is actually the worst condition subscriber issue I've received - and I've had a few gnarly ones!). Aside from some really heavy zings/bashes I'm scratching my head and wondering how the heck they managed to give it a large 'dogear' on the front cover through the polythene? Anyway, given that this is the bumper anniversary issue I'm a little gutted.I guess I'll be scouring the shelves of WHSmith on Saturday for a replacement.
It's strange, I occasionally receive University Alumni magazines and these are posted in similar clear polythene mailers and always arrive in reasonable condition. Bah... The Royal Mail, I hate 'em.

PM and email sent.
On a side note as to damages with mail, one way that could be resolved is by shipping them in the bubble wrap envelopes.
For late deliveries like myself, I would appreciate a better option because regular mail doesn't cut it and now I understand why they are going out of business here in the US.
Perhaps Fedex or UPS? Not sure if that would up the cost of subs or by how much.
