I was on holiday that week and still ploughing through so apologies for being so slow to respond - you should have received your issue by now as we despatched it via the normal channels to the Provenza 388 address. I'll double check with Darran but will get a replacement out to you asap if he has not done so and query the missing delivery with the postal service

kind regards

Lucy

Thanks a lot for your reply Lucy,

I checked with my employer about the magazine being shipped here and she told me it was ok. I'm looking forward to this month's issue on Metroid and hopefully last issue the same day. Out of curiosity, I'd love to know when can I expect the magazine to arrive on a regular base provided it's an international shipping.

Hope you enjoyed your holidays. Regards,
Gábor

Hi Gabor

We ship via airmail so it will arrive within 5 days (usually) of us mailing it from the UK. Magazines are sent every 4 weeks - issue 65 has been mailed last week and issue 66 will be mailed about the 11th July

Hope this helps!! And that you enjoy receiving the magazine - if you should have any further queries please email me or PM me

many thanks

Lucy

Have you guys switched the postal service in Germany again? Back when I got my first issues they all arrived on Saturday (exactly one week after UK) but the recent issues always arrived on Wednesday/Thursday (and had a different postal sticker if I'm not mistaken). The current one hasn't arrived yet though, hence my question :/

Yes, it arrived Saturday as did my colleagues copy. Just like in the past. Last few months must have been lucky ;)

Hi,

I received Issue 65 with a partially printed cover (I posted a pic on pg 12 of the issue 65 feedback thread) and was wondering if I could get a replacement. Let me know how to forward you my info.

Thanks,

Michael

Hi Michael

You have a non foiled issue - very surprising and also very rare! If you can PM or Email me your address I can get a replacement out to you

Hi Lucy,

I've finally gone ahead and subscribed yesterday, but I have a few questions:

1. Will the next issue be sent out to me or have I missed the deadline for processing? It's just so I know if I should pick it up from the shop in advance since Retro Gamer sells out quite fast here.

2. When do the issues get posted? Do they arrive on the day of release or a few days after?

Thanks for your help,

Lou

Hi Lou

You will need to purchase issue 66 in stores as we ran the subscriptions file last week as we mail subscriber copies out a few days before they arrive in stores so normally you will get your magazine before it is released to the masses. Your subscription should start from Issue 67 (but without knowing your address/name etc I can't guarantee that but if you subscribed yesterday that should be the case)

Feel free to drop me a line etc if you have any further queries

thanks

Lucy

Good Afternoon Lucy,

Would you please let me know what day issue 66 was mailed out to overseas subscribers (my online subscriber profile says July 6...but I don't know if that was the actual mailing date)? I'm a new subscriber and I'm trying to figure out the air-mail transit time so I know what to expect in the future (an individual issue I ordered took about a week in transit).

Thanks,
Jason

Hi Jason

6th July or thereabouts is the correct mailing date and as you said they go airmail so it should be with you any day now :) - back issues are mailed individually from our head office in Bournemouth.

thanks
