Has to be Sega Rally for me. Perfect rally game, never has a rally game surprassed this greatness for Sega.

Crrrraaaaaaaazy Taxi! Awesome score attack game, blindingly fast and funny. Man, I don't even want to think how much money I've pumped into that game over the years. It's the one arcade machine I simply have to play if I see it in an arcade. A close second for me is House of the Dead - I don't usually care for lightgun games but that series is exceptional IMHO. Zombies automatically make games 300% more fun.

R360: G-Loc was a unique experience. I played it only once in London at the Trocadero, while spending a two weeks summer vacation in Oxford. It left a mark on me, but can I say it's my favorite one? I don't think so.
My first encounter with Crazy Taxi is also tied to fond memories of a wonderful saturday night with a group of friends. It was also the game that made me wish for a Dreamcast, while I hadn't had a console since the Colecovision.
There are many other games that I recall with great pleasure: Zaxxon, Alien Syndrome, Flicky, Altered Beast...
But at the end of the story, whichever path I choose to follow while wandering in the network of my nostalgia, there's only one to which I always come back. This game is Outrun.

Space Harrier. It was crazy, it was fast, it was unlike anything else I'd seen before.

In terms of wow factor. The first time I saw Scud Race my jaw dropped, it just looked so smooth and detailed.

In terms of fun I'm going to say house of the dead.

Sega Rally for me, when i worked in Holland the holiday camp where i lived had Sega Rally and Prop Cycle. A good portion of my wages went into those two machines.

For some reason Virtua Racer sticks in my mind. I couldn't stop myself switching the viewing angle all the time while I raced: graphically it all seemed so smooth, and I loved it at the time. Still do in fact.

House of the Dead 3 for me. Nothing beats the tactile feel of a pump action shotgun being reloaded........NOTHING!
