The latest episode of Retro Asylum has been released and contains a great lengthy, nostalgic, informative interview with Colin Jones. If you don't know who he is, now's the time to find out. Must confess the 'poster' game for him was never a favourite of mine, but he's been around the business a bit and has a lot to talk about.

Now doing 69p iOS games too, another old skool dev has come back to the fold :D

Good work Loco, its good to hear from someone other than the usual old faces.

Enthusiastic voices and a lot of content on the whole game, from level 1 till the very end. They also encourage you to play along and add comments. Unlike other more mainstream game podcasts they don’t sound like yelping frat boys.

I have to second this reco. I've used Watch Out for Fireballs as a sort of retro video game book club, and it's easily my favorite podcast of any kind.

Not sure if it's going to quite be what you're looking for, but there's the recently started Hate Bit Podcast. Four guys from YouTube, Razorfist, AlphaOmegaSin, TheSaintedMagnus, and YellKaos, talking for two hours at a time about video games new and old, gaming news, their gaming memories, etc.
