I DID select 3D deathchase , but I've nowgot an urge to play WOTEF on C64

As a compromise , how about Jack The Nipper on C64?

One thing I'll say about 3D Death Chase, as good as it is (and it's great) it's going to be pretty tough coming up with a list of different things to talk about like we've done for Castle of Illusion.

I did think that myself. Unfortunately I reckon that will mean the 8 bits don't get much of a look in on this feature.

Depends which titkes you play - 3D Deathchase is about as 'samey' as it gets (although it is a brilliant game)

Jack The Nipper (for example) has lots of things to do and places to go , and allows for experimentation.
Ditto The Great Escape , Thanatos , Elite & Saboteur and there are some great platformers
like Rainbow Islands and Creatures

I am still not so sure. Not many 8 bit games had very different levels. But I hope you are right and we get some good ones.

I can see the 'samey' thing is a valid point against 3D Deathchase......hmmmmm

How about Gargoyles Quest or Super Hunchback on the Gameboy?
