finished Gears of War 2 - nice all the way through, typical vehicle sections that I hate, but some nice battles and set pieces. Now to crack on with GOW 3...

Just done Gears Of War, after being stuck on chuffing General Raam for the best part of a week. Got him on the third try, this time around, didn't know he was the end-game uber-baddie!!!

Trying to 100% Lego Star Wars 3 with my son (which means I play and he watches :D ). About 87% through, and its a right old slog, but seeing my boy smile when I get more gold bricks offsets that somewhat.

Another one to add to the "can be completed in under an hour" list: Duck Amuck.
Nice idea, well executed but there simply isn't enough there.

^Add "DLC Quest" on Xbox Live Indie Games to that list. It's good fun as a "playable satire", though. ;)

I finished Half Life 2 last night on Xbox. I gave up on this game about 3 years ago after getting stuck in Ravenholm, but I decided 2 weeks ago that we DO go to Ravenholm and I don't know what held me up! Finished it on easy setting but then I'm never going to finish any game on anything other than easy. Now I'm moving on to KOTOR 2 ( on easy)

completed the main story of Dead Island the other day. I think it's a half decent game and didn't quite deserve the reviews it got. But after a while I did get fed up with the repetitive side quests and just wanted to get the game out of the way!

Final Fantasy V via the PS1 Anthology collection.

After beating Omega, the big bad final boss wasnt much of a challenge. Glad to have finally laid this one to rest as i got to the end about 7 or so years ago but failed to ever beat him! Moving on to Final Fantasy 3 on DS next.

Finished New Super Mario Bros. Wii, an excellent game! :D

Well I thought I "completed" it until I just noticed I missed out on World 7 entirely. I feel like such a fraud.

Finished Hotel Dusk: Room 215 this morning.

Started off slowly and then suddenly just hits top gear and ends, still worth a play/read though.
