Completed Project Rub on the DS this morning. A really stylish and bonkers game that was enjoyable to play through aside from a few frustrating sections. Considering this was a launch game for the DS, I don't think it really shows its age too much. Even better is that it can be had for just a few quid now so I'd definitely recommend it to anybody who enjoys Warioware-type stuff :)

Splatterhouse 360 on Hard just to beat that Wicker Bride with a 'S' rank for the 1000g.. I don't think my blood pressure is up to the task!

Credit feed Alien Storm arcade so much harder than the Megadrive version and a totally different game to boot

Completed Kingdoms of Amalur. Kinda blitzed the main quest to get it over with although it leaves it open so that you can tie up any loose ends end game. Great game, perhaps a little too big in terms of how many quest are there. I always get side tracked in games like this, Oblivion etc. There's so much distraction! I would prefer it if there were less hunting/gathering/delivery quests and more to the main game sometimes.

Ohwell its done now. Great game. Started Lollipop Chainsaw and loving it already.

Finally finished Mass Effect 3

Completely forgot to install the extended ending and well yeah biggest pile of crap I've witnessed. It was so good right up to that point. I've read what the extended ending gives since I really can't be bothered to slog through the last bit again and yeah it doesn't seem to make it any better at all.

Mass Effect - as I previously mentioned, I twice tried to get into this game before giving up, but finally "got" it on the third. The controls are clunky but other than that I really enjoyed it, and found the story pretty gripping once it got going. I also liked how it managed to avoid certain sci fi clichés by making Mankind a bit part player and not having every member of a certain race act the same way. I played this run as the good female Shepherd (mainly because her voice acting is better than the male version) so now I need to decide whether to do another playthrough as an alter ego or just go and buy part 2

I completed Samurai Warriors 2 Empires the other day, thoroughly enjoyed every minute of the gameplay :)

Also managed to find the last hidden idol in Surf's Up, thus gaining the last achievement I needed from it.

Completed split second velocity tonight... Pretty easy but a fun racer. The power plays and route changes make for great fun. Didn't enjoy the online experience though.

Prince of Persia: Forgotten Sands.

Turns out to be a very short game, I'd played a couple of hours earlier in the week, then put a long session in yesterday and got to the end credits.

Does what it says on the tin, but there's rarely any real challenge to it. The camera on this one pretty much points the way for you. Enjoyable enough, looks fairly nice, caught that Sinbad vibe since we're watching the new series.

The previous cel shaded one is probably a stronger story but this prince is more likeable.

Buy part 2, but be prepared to lose all that inventory jigging around that you've just gotten used to!

I asked for orange. It gave me lemon lime!

I'm thinking that could be a good thing? having to scroll through your tiems one by one when you went to a shop really got annoying

Score! Classic Goals on iPad.

Seriously, best game ever! (for a football fan anyway).

3 starred every level (so all 240 of them), spending a good 6 hours or so, 3 tweets to the developer, then another hour 3 starring the last level. But it's done! And I'm so proud (and slightly embarrassed at being so proud!)
