Pinball FX 2

Quite simply the best pinball game of all time, loved the 1st one but this is just amazing.

Not only brilliant pinball play but some of the best presentation I have ever seen, the way it shows the leaderboards and all your friends scores is awesome.

Contender for game of the year, and easily the best XBLA game this year.

Have you got the new Marvel tables? They are awesome. Especially Blade as it has a day/night cycle.

Yea go for it.

I wouldn't bother buying the 4 tables from FX1 as once you've played the new tables you won't go back to them.

The 4 FX2 and 4 Marvel tables are well worth it!

Loving this too. They got the physics right which is the most important things, the fact that the tables are great fun is just a bonus!

Definitely recommended.

Anotehr recommdation here! Such a great game, I like the way you can upgrade your older tables for free and they're the only one's I've been playing but there's no doubt this is the finest pinball game tyet seen on a home console. I'll think about picking up the Marvel tables now you guys have mentioned it.

Marvel Pinball is fun, but I'd really recommend picking up Pinball Hall of Fame: The Williams Collection if you don't already own it - brilliant stuff (if you avoid the mundane tables).

So are the Earth Defence and Excalibur tables IMO.

The tables from the original FX aren't as good as the newer tables maybe but the DLC tables released for it are very cool apart from the appalling Buccaneer table.

Will get those extra tables with any points I get for Christmas, and yes the Buccaneer table is like it's been desigend by a completely different team !!

Just started playing this, I got a few new games for Christmas and they're still sitting in their wrappers at the mo. Fantastic fun and very cheap. Marvel tables are a must, Blade is brilliant. Some of the the people on my friends list have pathetically high scores, least it gives me something to aim at.

Wether real life Pinball is your thing or not, its well worth picking this up, the initial download is free anyway with a trial table, packs like Marvel are 800MSP with individual tables at 200MSP.

Feel free to add me to friends lists if comparing scores is your thing.

Feel free to add me on XBL.

not sure I can justify another purchase right now, however this does look very very good - I spent WAY too much time on Pinball Dreams on the amiga and this could go the same way.

Used to love Pinball Dreams and Pinball Fantasies on the Amiga, but this is just on a different level, it's superb and v addictive, especially as you can see all your friends scores!
