This Limited Edition is available exclusively from zavvi.com in the UK and Europe. 6,000 copies of the PlayStation 3 version will be available for pre-order next week, in addition to 4,000 copies of the Xbox 360 version. A total of just 8,000 (PS3) and 5,000 (Xbox 360) units of this edition are being manufactured worldwide, so numbers are strictly limited. Both of these editions will appear back on the site and available for pre-order next Wednesday, the 7th December.


The way I understand it is that the existing 4000 PS3 preorders will be rolled over and incorporated into the 6000 figure.

Lets keep this metal gear info to ourselves on this forum,as its going to a lottery as to who is lucky enough to get one.

If someone gets two though and I dont get one i'll happily pay them the money in advance of it arriving.

Does anybody have any idea how long the first batch(mgs hd se) took to sell out? An hour? A week?

I'm hoping its the latter as I never have any luck in these quickfire events.

I got the Resi 5 steelbook for a tenner from Amazon. I probably wont ever play it but I am a sucker for those steelbooks.

Yep I was looking at how nice it was in CEX the other day - can't wait for this one to arrive because the game looks stunning too!!

I used to avoid this thread due to a lack of cash. I'm minted now though. The downside being the inability to look at myself in the mirror without being overcome by a sordid shame. That and and a sore bum.
