Im in. Last part of the season pass so it'll be interesting to see what comes out after and if they will go past 2000 on the acheivement score.

Okay, DLC is out, and the new maps are quite good imo. When do you think we could get five together for Horde/Beast?

Well lads after playing through the campaign I have absolutely NO desire to play this game online. Dunno if the online experience is any different, but I can't imagine there will be much more than duck/shoot/duck/shoot/shoot/duck except with people you know rather than AI controlled characters. It's like Space Invaders with pretty graphics.

I'm now playing the original Mass Effect anyway which is how Gears should be imo.

As opposed to CoD, which is camp, shoot, shoot, camp, camp, camp, shoot, camp, shoot, respawn?

It's probably telling that while I've stuck with the GoW series, I don't play FPS in multiplayer today, especially online, with so many cheaters. I've played Borderlands online as that is co-op, not competitive, and the only FPS I can think of I have played online deathmatch recently is Bioshock 2, as there were some achievements to go with the single player.

But if you get into the Horde or Beast modes, they're quite fun, challenging, and definitely not having to worry about uber 1337.

If people are around tonight, hopefully we can get five for the new DLC Horde achievements. That's about all I have left. I managed to fluke getting the "I Got This!" cheevo last night (kill ten as Guardian leader) as one round I was leader on with full teams lasted about 15 minutes! On Raven Down of all places. Man, that was an intense battle, probably one of the best games I've ever had overall.

Did anyone ever get the seriously 3.0 achievement on this without fiddling it.Ssurely this is the toughest achievement to get in any game?
