 What about potential owners and ex-owners? are they to have a thread each?

This thread has'nt gone the way of say the 3DS thread did, it's currently i feel a very good discussion thread from current owners and those looking at the device as potential owners and using comments raised by current owners to get a 'feel' wether hardware is for them or not.

I 'trust' the views of good folk on here far more than Johny Jurno.

 Sony done alright out of me over the years:Playstation, PSOne, (ok, won the PS2), 2 Phat PSP's, PS3.Then there's the games, the memory cards, various official cables etc.

If/when they deliver Triple-A games the like of which are designed for portable gaming, rather than replicating what i already have on PSP and Vita games prove to be Vita exclusive and don't appear on PS3.I might well buy 1.

Till then:A) I remain unconvinced and B)will stick to the Vita pre-order thread to comment on it.Deal?.

I've bought Motorstorm RC and that's technically a Vita game, so therefore you're stuck with me complaining on this thread.

I agree 100% with everything thevulture has said thus far too. :)

Actually, Motorstorm RC is a great game for a fiver....but I don't actually need a Vita to play it so therefore I haven't bought one yet.

thevulture's just grumpy cos he recently shelled out for an iPad 2 instead of a Vita and it now seems Apple will be releasing iPad 3 in a matter of days! Just saying...

Back on topic, I sure like the look of Unit 13 from this official 'How to play' video - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G9yQ_LSTsFc

 Auctually Vulture bloody happy with ipad 2 as he does'nt use it for gaming or music, but just as a tablet PC for his limited needs and unlike ANY of the PC's he's ever bought, be they tower or laptop, it's not f**ked him over when all he wanted to do was go online, read his emails or pop over to Amazon etc.

Now had you said he's grumpy because since he bought an iPad...everyone keeps telling him he now needs an iPhone.........

It would appear forum etiquette is to post such a new thread in 'Off Topic' and include the word 'FAIL' in the title like all good trolls do!

I honestly could'nt tell you what my ipad 2 offers over the 1st 1....heard some wild claims about the iPad 3 (better than 1080P screen-If true...why? would that not be 'wasted' on screen of that size?).Think it's a given with these i-devices that your model will have about a year before improved model hits and people go gah-gah over that.

Even then that's not a big problem, I got my iPhone 4 about a year after it was announced, then had it for about a year and 2 months before the 'S' was unveiled. Even then, the 4 is still a cool phone and the improvements on the S aren't drastic.

Compare that to any android phone and mine would be out-dated by about 20 handsets

Had a quick spin on the Wipeout demo tonight & really enjoyed it, although I'm betting that I wouldn't get too far in it if I purchased the full game.

As far as wipeouts go its the easiest so far in my opinion. I've already got further with it than any other wipeout game I've played!

The Wipeout series has always left me cold, I can get maybe an hour or two in before they become IMPOSSIBRU

Had my first go of Everybody's Golf online with my friend last night, I was VERY surprised to find that there's no private match option. Instead you opt for scheduled tournaments, wait until they come around and then play. Even then it doesn't feel like direct competition as you're not watching each other's moves.

Quite disappointing really :(

It still has the best lobby system of any other game I've played though

Played some Lumines today with headphones on and I still enjoy this type of game but can't help panic as things get faster and faster. :? :D Gonna try Motorstom RC now...
