Name that game #354 PC Edition

i was recalling playing a few games on my stepfather's old computer used for business,california games and one of the leisure suit larrys' i remember but there was one i hope someone can put a name to please.

.i'm not sure about date but at a rough guess 20 years ago so about 1992.(very rough guess and it could have been old by then)
.it would have been a dos game (they might all have been for all i know)
.it was green wire frame
.it was a shooter
.there was a map on the screen showing where enemies are in the level
.i'm not sure if it was ground based or a flying game

throw out some names and i'll see if i can find a picture or video to confirm it.
