Whats the best multi-region peripheral for the SNES?

There are quite few, and I would like to source the best , as I picked up quite a few JAP/NTSC snes games today

Any ideas?

Datel Universal Adapter: EXPERT VERSION, this was the last one that came out for it and allows games like Super Street Fighter 2, Street Fighter Alpha 2 etc to be played, Super FX the whole biz. I used to have a Jap DKC3 game which I think also worked with it.
WANTED: Mario Party 3 on N64 (just the Box only) ANY SNES GAMES, OR EMPTY SNES BOXES, INSTRUCTION MANUALS or WHITE INNER TRAYS.

A dpdt switch and a chisel.
