after finishing Dragon Age 2, have been playing a lot of games only couple of minutes, am not getting into anything, except :

Resident Evil Revelations, which i like quite a bit, good action, not too difficult, great graphics for a handheld (even if it's on 3DS)

Kingdoms Of Amalur, seems like a huge game, combat is very nice, feels like World Of Warcraft but in single player then

have also tried to get into Dark Souls again, but am absolutely getting nowhere, even with the (beautiful) guide book besides me (am stuck in the Undead Burg), am a bit in awe of people finishing this game :o

Halo Combat Evolved Anniversary - I'm absolutely loving this. The remade visuals look stunning but the game itself has been left untouched. The addition of hidden skulls & terminals mean I'm searching through each level high and low, finding all sorts of easter eggs. I love the fact you can switch right back to the old game's visuals at the touch of a button too, super cool!

New Rally X - Seriously, f*ck this game. Absolutely horrendous, twitchy controls coupled with the single most annoying music I've ever heard in a video game.

A little bit of arcade Gigawing

Minecraft - 360, started building a huge rail line for the "on a rail" achievement. Not sure which will take longer, mining all those resources or building the track!

I count myself as being a bit of a pro at Mario Tennis, if I do say so myself 8) However, Mario Tennis Open's Wario in the Ice Flower Cup final kicked my ass last night

I really need to belt up about Mario Tennis, but I guess I'm a bit of a fanboy for the series. When they are done right, the gameplay is just so enjoyable in these games. I'm on the final cup right now with two grueling matches to go. I'm getting absolutely hammered by Mario in the semis right now but fingers crossed I can beat him tonight :)

Just watched the first season of The Walking Dead last week and was tempted to download the game to keep me going before season 2 comes out on Blu-ray. Wasn't convinced the game would do the series justice, but your comment sounds promising so I might just give it a go :)

I normally hate point and click games but the writing is absolutely fantastic, all the characters are very believable. Considering the 1st episode is only about 3 quid, it's well worth getting!

Finally played this today. At times it felt like I wasn't doing much, but the story really took over and I can't wait for the next part now. Loving it!!

Lament is the first PS2 game simply called Castlevania over here isn't it? I had that and didn't like it. There was a lot to enjoy from the design point of view but I just found the general gameplay a bit dull and repetetive.

Having said that, I still own the large Japanese special edition of the game just for it's artwork and awesome appearance :)

I loved it to bits. Hammered it until completion. It has stunning visuals, epic music and some really good boss fights.

I'd like to play the Flood levels in the new sex mode, since - even though I loved the game to bits - I felt visually at least they were pretty weak. Bland corridor after bland corridor. In fact, remove the "conveniently placed" arrows on the floor and you could become hopelessly lost.

Plus the Anniversary maps slot straight into Reach. So that's a good thing!

Well each to their own :). Like I said, I really liked the design and artistic direction but the actual gameplay bored me. I played Devil May Cry afterwards and thought the combat in that was much more interesting. I think we had this conversation on Retro Collect ages ago actually! In any case, my disappointment with Lament is the only reason I've never tried Curse of Darkness. Is it much different or more of the same?

Put quite a few more hours into Resi 5 now and I'm quite enjoying it. Got a bit p1ssed off in the marshlands level with the alligators delivering insta-death until I stopped trying to kill them and just ran past them all. Just got past a really tedious and annoying section of mirror/light puzzles but aside from that, I've really adjusted to the game now and Sheva is surprisingly competent at the moment.

I been playing a lot of Ghost Recon: Future Soldier as I'm currently levelling up through online multiplayer. Did went back to some online Call of Duty: Black Ops as it's been ages that I haven't play it. Also had a go on Dodonpachi Resurrection as I haven't play this genre for a while.

I hated the Flood levels, especially the Library. After all that wonderful freedom and fighting alongside allies, you;re thrown into a generic FPS level involving walking a short distance, gunning down a never ending stream of enemies and repeating over and over

I never found Shiva to be a huge problem in all honesty. She no game-breaker in my view.

That bit with the cros was frigging annoying - I agree as I was right there fuming over it! Like you mate I just made a run for it and that was that. The game gets really interesting from then on I feel. Some great moments yet to come!

I'm currently playing sonic and sega allstars racing and unchartd:drakes fortune at the moment. Even though it's an old game by god the graphics are impressive. To me my favourite character in the series is sully. I just like him alot.

I've being playing a GTA Vice City Stories on the PSP and also Liberty City Stories..... they show case the PSP pretty well in my opinion, especially VC, which looks lovely and has "proper" songs on the radio..... Thank you Game for your fire sale bargains....

They both prompted me to fire up Ballad of Gay Tony... on the 360. Whilst it looks great, the driving bit just seems a bit "off". . . still, looks fantastic, will see how far I get on this.
