Not overly enjoyable for obvious reasons, but happy to have some decent additions to my DS collection (Hotel Dusk, Luminous Arc 2, various others)

Ooh, cheap DS games - might actually buy something in GAME, instead of just browsing with good intentions then baulking at the price stickers.

(And yes I do have sympathy for the regular staff - personal experience of losing a job in retail, it's not nice - but I can never resist a bargain!)

I like those prices. I've actually cadged a lift down to GAME as I am currently without car just to see if there's anything doing (first time in one for AGES)

Unfortunately, I have terrible luck with dropping on in this kind of thing. Everyone comes on here and reports the most incredible deals and I always miss out :(

EDIT: Back, well did better than I hoped but can't help but feel I've come away with a load of cack just because it is cheap

All preowned:

Top Trumps - Horror & Predators (DS) - 98p (from £12.99)
Kameleon (DS) - 98p (from £4.99)
Advance Wars - Dark Conflicts (DS) - 98p (from £12.99)
Zubo (DS) - £1.98 (from £4.99)
100 Classic Book Collection (DS) - 98p (from £9.99)
Prey (360) - 98p (from £2.99)

There were a few other bits and pieces I considered - Spirit Tracks/Phantom Hourglass £9.98 each and Starfox Command £4.99 but passed. Most sports sims on XBox 360 pre-2011 are 48p now. No reductions whatsoever on Wii though, which is strange.

Resisted buying some stupidly cheap games from Gamestation that I didn't need and used the last of my game reward points on 1200MSP :D

Thoughts on AW? If it's not too QTE-tastic, I may have to grab it when it's cheap. :)

I've been glued to SFxT so I've not tried the full version yet. From my understanding though and going by the demo its most times closer to an interative anime (in a way like Dragon's Lair) and less like your standard game but I'll give the full game a try and see just how much of it is QTE's.

Had a browse in GAME and resisted the temptation to buy stuff just because it was cheap. Did however pick up Endless Ocean and the FFXIII-2 CE guide for £20.
The guy that served me mentioned that the guides might be coming down in price aswell.
I asked for orange. It gave me lemon lime!

Today's arrivals...

Amazingly, its taken me this long to get a complete original copy of SSBM. I've had a players choice version for years...probably why then, i suppose. I was pleased because i picked it up in a 4 game bundle (along with Robotech, another game i needed) for £10.50 from ebay! The other two were Cel Damage and Crazy Taxi, both of which are trade fodder.

I also had a Spongebob game arrive, minus the instructions (the game was listed as complete, and they were in the photo too). The seller is going to refund without any issues, so i guess it was an honest mistake.
