I watched my friend beat the first Super Mario Bros. in almost record time. It's not as impressive as one of those extreme mario level builds, but still pretty cool, right? I think the record was in 10 minutes? Anybody done faster?

Among speedrun enthusiasts, ten minutes is considered slow.

I have proudly done it in 5m56s.
The world record is a couple of seconds over 5 mins.
