I'm not sure I should be posting this here but none-the-less, here's an article about the amusing absurdity of gaming statistics and records.
http://lee-morris.blogspot.com/2011/07/ ... yprus.html - Some interesting stuff about Safe-houses in Resident Evil 4, Gameboy game trading, Emo fringes, parallel worlds in the Zelda series, prisons in games, gaming statistics.

Promote your blog postings in this thread:

http://www.retrogamer.net/forum/viewtopic.php?f=6&t=16880

You'll be in the right place for people who read gaming blogs to see your blog and you won't look like a new member who's simply here to scrounge blog traffic.

Advertising your blog in your sig is actually enough to make us aware you've got a blog btw.

Gee, I enjoyed the post and would love to comment, but it seems to be yet another blogspot user who, for reasons beyond my ability to comprehend, does not allow name/url comments. This is, seriously, becoming my biggest online pet peeve. So many good blogspot gaming blogs out there, and so many I practically have to yell at and beg to allow name/url comments to get them to change their policy so that I can actually provide my positive reactions to their quality posts.
Nintendo Legend -- one retro gamer's quest to play and review every NTSC-region NES game!
