I really wanted that to be my last go, but it went better than I expected...which is worse!

Now I know I can probably beat that score which will forever bug me, as always.

I can't even tell you how many credits i've put in throughout the night, but I finally cleared that 1st loop and got 5 new personal bests.
Not as big a score as I was hoping, few silly mistakes early on with regards to bonuses. The second place score if i'd have beat the Stage 10 boss would've put me over kollision's score. Oh well, i'm happy to walk away now.

Wasn't prepared for the 2nd loop. No bombs and no lives and not a clue as what to expect.

Well, I'm DEFINITELY done with this one. Frankly, I'm actually kinda surprised I even submitted a score. Really not enjoying the Psikyo games as much as I used to.... probably because I mostly played these BEFORE I started playing the genre for score, so at that time I wasnt really BORED by them.

As it is, decided to give the damn game another go.

Stage 1 starts, the usual, grab items, nothing special, pop the boss, yay, done.

Stage 2...... is Paris.

Immediately deleted the game.

Yyyyyyyyup. Deeeeeeeefinitely had enough of this one.

Going back to Eschatos.

Well at least you gave it a good shot early on. Probably get some points in the bag and more importantly you'll get your votes once the nominations are announced, which hopefully will swing in your favour for a game you'd like to play.

I really hit this game hard this time. There's no way I'd have finished the 1st loop of I'd played it as much as the previous 2 games, which wasn't much.

I have no idea what game to nominate next. Quite up for another old skool shmup, but can be quite slow paced. Need to have a good think. I did check out some old freeware shmups but they can only be played with a keyboard which I'd be done with in minutes.

Just got back from 8 bit lounge and had another great night of Saturn Bomberman. Not sure I can bring myself to play something like Sonic Wings 2 now

Perhaps after some sleep. I think AmidstStorm must be a jedi to have the patience to have played this one so much

Nah, no votes for me either way. I'm off on vacation during the time when you guys'll be doing that, AKA, no PC. Well, technically I'll have the iPad and extremely questionable wireless, but..... yeah, usually dont like putting up with trying to type on that thing, so I probably wont bother.

EDIT: Actually, that's right, I WONT have wireless. I remember this from last year, that area isnt exactly..... internet friendly.

A Jedi eh? Perhaps just crazy. I reckon 30-35 hours?? I can't say I'll be doing that every game. Probably haven't achieved as much as a lot of experienced shmup Players would've with that time but I can only do with what little skills I have. Pretty happy with 2 1cc's out of 3, parodius I just couldnt get on with it. Lost points there. Should've hammered it really...

Coffeejoerx has told me he will be submitting before deadline so please no one bite his head off if they lose a rank because of it. No idea how he's got on. Not sure if he's had much time with the game.

In all honesty, unless the game in question is VERY DAMN ENTERTAINING, I'll probably skip it. All 3 games so far have been rather on the mindless side, and I just keep going back to more recent games anyway. As it is, this time, I DID put some time in it, but after all is said and done, ahhh, it kinda feels like wasted time. Just cant focus at all on that game. Was fun at first, but quickly became dull. And PARIS. Arrrrgh. It's not QUITE as bloody horrid as Futari's terrible first stage, but it's really, really close.

I dont think I'll be frying back to Paris with this one anytime soon.

Not much thought put into the Paris stage that's for sure. Even some bonuses put in there for scoring could've given it some value.

Yknow I'm half tempted to give this a few more credits when get home. See if I can better my score, but the likelihood I'll clear the first loop again with the first couple of hours play is unlikely and cant be arsed to put in a big session. I'll see when I get home in a few hours

Think we have all the submissions in now from current players. Gmintyfresh, Sel Feena & Digital Duck said they won't be submitting this game. Dam I think may have left us.

Still expecting a higher submission from weakboson. I guess Mass Effect 3 really is that good.

Good work all round though and the first game where we have more players than ranking positions. Would love to see a few more new players next game, possibly get us up to 20 submissions by end of season could make things really interesting.

Yeah sorry for not participating much this time. I've been playing SW every now and then but didn't really get into it. In my defence ME3 is pretty distracting. This is all I've got:
