Coverdiscs

Postby Slinky2 on Thu Jul 05, 2012 9:47 pm

The recent reprint of issue 1 has got me in the mood for coverdiscs. When Retro Gamer does a feature on a particular game, they ought to put a demo (or the whole game) on a coverdisc! Or, alternatively, some indie games would be nice. Opinions?

They could just expand the website to include this content, saving increases on the cover price of the mag and potentially drawing more readers to the site (and thus the forum).

That's a good point, I guess I was just seeing things through nostalgia-clouded glasses. And no one wants increased prices, especially here in America where each issue is $12. Still, something like this would be nice, and I think the website should be expanded.
