Floella Benjamin. She was a queen...still sorta is, too(!) Gah, must've been between the ages of 5 and 8...all them funny feelings in my heart/groin. Getting flashbacks typing!

I had some serious taste there. ;)

Agreed, the only reason to watch Play School. (that and finding out which window they would pick obviously)

We only had one telly at the time, so I was forced to watch Dallas & Dynasty. Although i was more of a Falcon Crest kinda guy.

Joan Collins was a highlight for me. (i still love the way she speaks!)

Cheetara?

I can't say much about that, I liked Rogue off X Men, mainly for her voice, though.

But this is where Cosplay comes into its own...

Saw them at one of the smaller local venues here, she was utterly filthy on stage. That video really doesn't do her justice.

First crush I can remember having when I was very young was Maggie Moone when she was on 'Name That Tune'  Allegedly I used to kiss the screen whenever she came on

Later on, my main crush was Melissa Joan Hart when she was in Clarissa Explains It All

Which has then pretty much remained with me as she went on to star in Sabrina The Teenage Witch and beyond...

Same age as me, and still would now :)

As for Gladiators, I was always in the 'Lightning' camp too :) Not that I'd ever have kicked Jet out of bed either of course. Just that Diane Youdale was always more interesting to me when she was starring as 'The Games Mistress' in Sky One's Games World TV show.
