Trouble these days is no one employs what sane people would call an engineer. Engineers understand things. They employ trouble finders that look at a problem solving sheet and follow it.They call them engineers to make you feel better though. Unfortunatly engineers cost more. Not that it is their fault entirely though, you want the cheap option also don't you!
it was a bt "engineer" even though i'm with sky bt have to do the repairs,the problem is that the broadband has been running at just over half speed.if there is no improvement by tomorrow i'll have to ring sky again.
