Can't see Joey Public being able to spot a moody certificate from that alone, though....I have to admit, when I worked at a garage with an attached test lane ie; nowt to do with me offically it was always fun watching the test dudes sweatin' it out when VOSA dropped by.

Yes as someone who does a lot of driving for work i see these idiots all day long.

Undertaking you at junctions and ignoring red lights, these morons think they are above anyone else using the road but would soon point the blame at the motorist if they injured due to their own lack of knowledge of the highway code.

Tbh a lot of road users drive in their own little bubble and don't know whats going on more than 2 meters in front of their vehicle.

Well they can check it online, or phone the MOT station that did the test, the garage's phone number will be on the MOT..

http://www.direct.gov.uk/en/motoring/ow ... g_10020539

The new certificates are no different to the old green type, up until a few months back I had piles of em gathering dust in my office... there wasn't anything special about them they were just pre-printed sheets of A4..

It doesn't actually bother me when VOSA visit, I've been testing for 13yrs on the 25th of this month.. if I can't test a car properly by now I really shouldn't be doing the job.. the thing that pisses me off when they visit is that they censored up the rest of the day by taking forever to re-check a car and all the paperwork and stuff

Yeah, also, double riders  Dont these people know its illegal to do this! I get so angry when I see it that I actually get tempted just to clip their back wheels with the car. Even more so when I come across a whole pack of the morons doing it, normally on a Sunday. Ignorant censored's.

Not too sure why they do this as riding in tandem is much better. The person behind has an easier time due to less wind resistance making it easier to go faster together or just for one person to get a break.

Funny you should mention the undertaking because I almost wiped a stupid kid on a bicycle out today. I was turning left into a carpark, clearly signalling to do so and already turning in and this pillock decided to blast straight past my left side and through the tiny gap between the entrace and the front end of my car. Saw him join up with his mate in the distance (also on a bike) and the both of them looking back and laughing about it. Utter tw@t
