Not sure if anyone has booked accommodation yet but we're staying at the Premier Inn - it's a few miles out of town but is cheaper than the other options (£113 for Fri/Sat) and has free parking.

If anyone else finds some good hotel/B&B deals mention them here so those that haven't booked yet can see the best options.

Went for the Jury's Inn myself, thought it'd be more fun staying in town!

I'd have thought Countess Weir?

EDIT: Thats the Topsham road one. The other one appears on google, but not on the Premier Inn website. Weird?

Maybe. Parking could be an issue though. How many nights are you staying? I'm guessing Ryan is coming with you?

There is a multistory car park opposite the Jurys Inn, and the hotel offers a discounted rate for car parking if you give them your car park ticket to be validated.

Were both staying Friday and Saturday night.

Its nice that the hotel is right on the edge of the town centre which has some interesting Italian restaurants, Lemon Tea and Mountain Dew. Also found a good pub there that did a nice Sunday Roast, minus the Yorkshire Puddings. I guess what you pay extra for parking works out cheaper than taking a taxi there and back from 2+ miles away and eases the hassle, unless you drive into town and end up having to pay for parking anyway and cant drink. The Jurys Inn also has quite a nice hotel bar and best of all: IT HAS ICE MACHINES!!!

I guess you could also leave the car parked at the Arcade Barn all weekend and use Taxi's or Bum rides off other people.
I'm gonna burn your house down. With a lemon.

Yeah, that one. That's the only Exeter Premier Inn I could find on their website...

Well as there are 4 of us a taxi won't be that expensive.

I was planning on booking Premier Inn due to it being cheaper and having parking. I would probably drive to the venue and back in the day, yeah its a fair walk back from town if we are boozing friday and/or saturday night, but the £25 I would save + parking costs would probably make this worthwhile?

Staying 2 nights. Not confirmed any details with Ryan just yet but there's a spot reserved for him in the car :) It's not a problem if you're both staying at the Premier Inn though, happy to drop him off there on Friday and pick him up again on Sunday.

We certainly have me old kebab and calculator.. 45 minutes is a mere round the corner for an inebriated stroll home.. I mean my 15 mile one from Maidstone to home regularly takes days.. ;)

I love how organised I am
Have I told you both how much I appreciate what you both do for me with regards to these events? Because I really do, a massive ton's worth.

Who is khisanth?? They supposedly live in Farnborough down the road from me - wondered how he's getting there. So I'm all booked and paid the main man (thanks for organising it Mat) £15...
I'm catching the 8.45 train from Farnborough main on the Sat and get there (St Davids) at 11.42...leaving 6.20 in the evening back at 10.07 into Farnborough...not too bad £37 for the train and I'll obviously be drunk by the time I get there :) But seriously I will need someone to lug beer from the Sainsburys round the corner to the place :)

As for Hotels then the St andrews

http://www.standrewsexeter.co.uk/

£56/night for a single including full cooked brekky

or

http://www.emberinns.co.uk/thesevenstarshotelexeter

£50 room inc full brekky too and walking distance.

I am hoping that Rob or Matt will put me up though so the cost is ... £0!!! :)
