I dont know Cardiffs full history but werent they going to go bankrupt a few years back ? Was this chairman the one who bailed them out (might not be).

Like you say their nickname is the Bluebirds so i can understand why fans are angry but money talks, IF Cardiff win the championship next year and have a great side due to spending by the chairmen i expect a fair few fans to forgive him.

Must admit when i got into footy as a kid i remember being surprised why Cardiff werent in red.

Why? As long as Terrys a part of the squad he'll take credit and with the way we're going to be playing it'll be the defence getting the plaudits...

I thought England were terrible against Belgium. Boring, uninspired, defensive, pessimistic (apart from Wellbeck's finish which was total individual class).

I can't wait for the tournament to start though. I hope positive attacking football triumphs over the evils of defensive attitudes. Come on Germany!

Yep, I mean it does get a bit boring after a while!

Best Euro games you've seen? The Spain/Yugoslavia match was amazing - I remember lots of phonecalls between me and my mates after it had finished (none of us had mobile phones back in the year 2000!)

England/Holland in 96 was also great. How England could do with a footballer with Teddy Sheringham's brain now.

Because Gerrard will be the one lifting the cup not Terry I don't care if Terry plays fantastic all the way through the tournament... or if he's deemed the saviour of the universe, finds a cure for cancer etc.. as long as he's not the one lifting the cup I'll be happy... spiteful?? probably.. do I care??.. not in the slightest..
