A 0-1 loss to Bristol City followed by a 0-1 win over Peterborough leaves us seven points clear of the relegation zone with four games left.

Depending on other results two wins should hopefully clinch safety for another season.

Same old Spurs really, they've never been ruthlessly consistent, it probably just seems odd now because they had their best form earlier in the season.

There's 5 teams with a good claim for 4 places, and going on pedigree and investment Spurs are probably the least entitled, so if they only just cling on to 4th place I think that's a good achievement.

I just figured that 'Arry has decided he doesn't want the England job and as a result has decided to stop the players from doing what they were doing to get him so high in the first place. I especially enjoyed the blaming of Defoe and Saha for the comedic defending yesterday, that was clever.

To be fair though, we did play really really well yesterday. And it wasn't like a smash-and-grab style win, we played them off the pitch! They weren't very good it's true but we were bloody brilliant. And we should have had three penalties so they can count themselves lucky they got off with only losing 2-1...

And Wrexham (with 10 men) held on to a draw at Fl££twood. Just delaying the inevitable really but if they'd clinched promotion against us, considering how long we were top for, would have been a real kick in the knackers heading into the play-offs.
