Last time I felt really good was during a massive thunderstorm in 1997 and my friends and I were on dartmoor in the pouring rain and I just felt gooood.
But last time felt really good, as in really Happy was yesterday at around 3.30pm when I awoke from my surgery, got wheeled back to my room and saw my beautiful wife and daughter waiting for me =o)

May 2001....WWE (or WWF as it was back then) was still great, I had a good, well paying steady job nearby here, a good bunch of friends I used to go out drinking with each Friday night and I was loved up in my relationship.

Then I left my job, family and mates behind and moved down south to be with her, biggest effing mistake I ever made!!

I'll be a bit boring & say a few months back at the birth of my son. I'd been a long road to get there with a few hiccups along the way & I'd been in bits for days conjuring up all sorts of horrible scenarios of what could go wrong.

When I was holding him in my arms that 1st time the rest of the world could have gone to hell for all I cared.

About two years ago. new job after a year and a half unemployed, moved to a new city and met my current girlfriend.

Fast forward to today, job turned into a nightmare, now unemployed & skint and getting hit was bad news left right and center. Thank god ive still got my missus.

Summer 2006. Mostly because I was seeing a great girl, I felt great and it gave me a really positive outlook on things, and I felt motivated to do productive stuff even though I was out of work.

Then it all gradually fell apart. She moved down south for her job, we did the long distance thing for a few months, but then the day before my birthday she broke up with me. I lost all motivation of continuing my writing and finding a job, and soon slid into depression, which i'm still coping with due to the fact that I really haven't kicked on.

I've probably felt good a little bit here and there over the last few years since, but nothing specific springs to mind, and certainly nothing compares to summer 2006 where everything was perfect for a few months.
