Best thing you can do is sit in the service menu for a few hours - or until you'd happy with the picture.
Dreamcast (HKT-3030), PlayStation (SCPH-5552), PlayStation 2 (SCPH-39003), Sega Saturn (MK-80200-50), PC Engine Core Grafx II, AV Famicom, Neo Geo AES

Yeah I'm in the process of trying to look up the service menu code. I've also read that the position of the TV in relation the the Earth's magnetic field can cause picture tilt.

I haven't tried it in my bedroom yet where I plan to keep it, so I'll I'll see how it looks up there.

This is true. My old Sony had a tilt adjustment setting within the regular menus to compensate.

It's really not that noticable though unless you're looking for it.

Grrr!

Now I've noticed something else. There is a sort of blurry streak, about a cm or two long, coming from all the characters when I play a game on it. Haven't tried a DVD yet. It doesn't trail the characters as such, it just sticks out going from right to left, which ever direction they move. :?

Anybody know what this is? And if it would be likely that there would be anything in the service menu (if I ever find the code) that might fix it? It's a 24" Samsung widescreen CRT.
