Is it only me who is getting somewhat bored of seeing the SAME thread bumps on pretty much every retro forum around?

Would it not be better to post updates once a month so that you would at least have something to post about? There are only so many second rate fanzines (Retro Action excluded) that you can mirror on your site mate!

Oh, and for the record Neil has had Retro Action available for ages on his own site, so this particular thread bump is hardly ground breaking news is it?

I don't think that means you can effectively sneer and call other peoples work second rate. Bit unfair don't you think especially as a lot of people worked hard on those a few of which have gone on to much bigger things.

Retro Action has been available on a site for awhile, doesn't mean everyone knows about it. That's the point of U-Publish, give everyone opportunity to download and read what they might have missed :D

Edit. You have to give people a chance to respond, rather putting words into their mouths as with your last comment.

Care to explain? Do it over PM if you prefer, just interested to see where that came from.

Yes, its just you.

I'm more than happy to have thread bumps every time there's some new content, I don't want to be overloaded by it if its stockpiled.

Retro Action may have been available for a while, but its one I either never knew about or have forgotten.

I like having all these things in one place instead of scattered all over. Its like having a good ROM site that caters for lots of platforms.

We could put up a poll if you like.

It won't change the fact at least some of us like lots of small updates.

Just flicked through a couple of these and found them really interesting reading :)

Just had a new entry in the U-Publish library, the second issue of Retrocade magazine:

http://pixel-nation.co.uk/index.php/online-store/product/142-retrocade-magazine-volume-1-issue-2

Also in other news... PN2 is almost complete! Designers have been working like crazy and the last page designs are almost there. Not much longer now.

The final proof has gone off for checking by the printers. Days away from more info and screenshots I promise guys :D

Really excited! Been a manic few weeks as we put everything together. This issue is so packed full of interviews with some true industry greats, we have been hiring writers as well, a few of which have written for Retro Gamer. I love it when a plan comes together 8)
