This is getting annoying now. Starship, please take your issues out of this thread, you have disrupted it enough. If you want to discuss your issues with the event or the way people handled your issues then please start a new thread about it.

I'm sure if you had have said "is there another way to buy the tickets?" you would have got a straight answer, I'm sure if Paul had have basically accused the organisers of ripping people off & gone on about events he's put together that were so much cheaper he'd have been given a short shift too.

You really shouldn't take things so personally.

To be honest I did - I asked several times on Facebook but each time my posts on there was deleted. Left no other option but to ask here.

I just wish all the people I spoke to at Hi Score who told me they thought the organisers were being harsh with their comments would post here, rather than all those people who are either organisers and involved with the event or have a problem against me.

You were acting quite aggressive and sarcastic though. Earlier on in this thread you were criticising the branding and the prices (which you have every right to do) and got an honest reply. However, you then continued to be critical, and the tone of your followup messages seemed to suggest you thought you knew better then the Play Expo organisers and they didn't know what they were doing.

Most people would probably not have a problem with you having your opinions, but if your written words come across as aggressive (whether deliberate or not) then I don't think it's unreasonable for people to get a little more defensive and aggressive (or indeed take the mickey as I did).

Aggressive and sarcastic?

In every post I have stated "my personal preference" and "just my opinion". Quote:
I also preferred the old logo more, but I guess it is just personal preference.

Just my opinion, but to me this makes £44 for two people for a 16 hour event seem a tad expensive.

Those comments do not warrant being called a troll. Like everyone else I have a right to have a personal opinion. That's all it was.

You must have been reading different post to the ones I wrote as I did not criticise the branding. Just clearly pointed out the truth that branding is important (something that me and Gordon agree on) and there has now been 3 events with 3 different names and a different logo (fact).

Now you post here or PM me where I have been aggressive towards people as I have not been going around calling anyone Trolls....

Just think the constant criticisms are getting boring. You were going on about the price earlier and you dont think its great value, its just once a year, been very popular previously, i'm sure this one will do well which would suggest most people think the price is fine. Of course there might be cheaper events elsewhere (but far smaller), the price to me for this once a year event is fine.

I'm sure the organisers dont mind constructive criticism but when its from the same person over and over think its ridiculous. You think its overpriced or dont want to go, dont go ! Its appearing as some one man vendetta now as you just wont let it go.

Well said Mohicankid. This 'my event is better/greater value/more important than your event' stuff is getting pretty boring. If you wanna go and have a great time, for what I personally think is a low price, go for it, if you don't, don't. We are all adults and we can all make our own minds up. More posts regarding this year's events content would be much more preferable than petty arguments between each other
And I have no affiliation to the organisers other than respect for the previous shows that they've put on that I've attended
More play expo stuff, less sniping and whinging please (personal opinion) :D
