Do you really think cc'ing all 3 partners with every single message is a good idea?

It's also a fair comment to make, the lack of comms was a problem that could do with being addressed for this and past events especially with ones being held in future. Should be no difference where it's mentioned, unless its meant to be hidden and not talked about? A quick email would probably not get answered at least this way a few folk have seen it and hopefully the situation will improve in future. :)

Previous events have had timetables. They're about as reliable as my local bus service (which is why I now take the train).

'Plans for the day' might work, but timetables tend to constantly shift depending on who is doing what as competitions run longer than planned, people can't be tracked down, visiting guests can be late - all sorts of delays creep in (and occasional gaps too).

Indeed. I wasn't expecting it to exactly stick to time, but a rough idea would have been good for me. Ah well. Like I say, I'm not having a go, just making suggestions that would have helped me (so presumably others too).

How did it go with the schools during the week? What kind of feedback was there out of curiosity?

Can I ask which Twitter account you tweeted to?

It was excellent. Feedback from teachers and kids was very positive.

Good. Lets steer them away from COD and put them on the path to gaming goodness

ah well there you go, you tweeted GamesBritannia, its not an account that the replay guys have any controle of, it was maintained by one of the events main organisors for the weekday activity's!
if you had copied in replayevents or hash tagged, i would have picked it up, on either my feed or the RE feed! if you look at either you will see that they are full of responses and rts!
i'm sorry that you missed out, but feel a little relieved that it wasn't me who dropped the ball! ;)
for PlayExpo, be sure to follow me and RE and save the search #PlayExpo
