Due to popular demand Retrovision will be back again in 2012!!!!

Same venue, same retro madness, same people and same drunken behaviour

The official dates of the event are September 29th and Sunday 30th in the Folly Bridge Inn, Oxford. There are loads of cheap B&B's within walking distance for those who want to stay over.

Facebook page is HERE

Official website / forum for the event is HERE

You can see photos of previous events to get a flavour of what's about HERE

If you want to help out and / or bring your own systems then contact me directly or register you interest over at the forum.

Hope to see some of you there!!! 8)

RetroVision 2010 (or was it 2011?) is still amongst my Top 3 Events ever, loved it. Won't be able to make this one, but will hopefully definitely maybe be able to go to the one in March or May or whenever it is.

As I posted on my forum of awesome, I thought I'd share it here:

RV was the first event I ever went to, I loved it, I loved the 'cosy' pub feel, as some people have pointed out there were some BO bandits but just avoid. Yes, it WAS a bit clique but what the fcuk did I care? I drank more in the first hour than most of the attendees did in their entire life. It was also the first time I met Barry, Rich and Tom from orginal old RP and we were wrecking it up LOL I won overall (although Barry disputes this) with 18 pints! Barry claims at least equal. I also remember someone hijacking the RP internet connection (the only one there) to post status reports on some other sh1t forum and I was ready to layeth the smack down on their candy asses for doing so (I had been left in charge of the RP stall whilst a lot of peeps went for a curry). It ended very early in the morning trying to get back to the travel lodge or whatever it was we were staying in? Tom fought a garage cashier over a pasty! true story.

It will always have a place in my heart because of the above, however the original Retoball? destroyed all, it was THE best event ever in the history of retro events, and yes that includes even ones I've never been to.

Apparently you were at Boyo's event in Coventry (L. Spa... well near enough), met all the other RP lads - and many times since (including my Retro Rewind event), but not you! Like Krusty40 you are an enigma koopy doopy

It's very last minute but I'm hoping to come to this. Struggling to find a place to stay though. Does anyone have any spare room at their accommodation or can recommend somewhere? Thanks.
