What? They are putting it back on the cinema for a short time.

Problem is the DVD is cheaper than the cost of the ticket

Yes but its got 3d bits in it.

Just another of the wave of 3d re-releases that are pointless to me. Like you say , if it was a film I wanted to watch - buy the dvd its cheaper.

My DVD shelf would like a word with you on that. Both levels of it
Nar I only torrent what aint out over here (or the wrestling as I aint having Skysports to watch for 4 hours a week then still pay the stupidly high price of £50 for the PPVs)
Still go cinema and buy DVDs/games/music from stores and that.

Great stuff! I guess it's sometimes quite easy to get a false impression of someone on internet forums as we often tend to form opinions based on what folk say as opposed to what they don't say - if that makes sense!

I went to see it the other week using my Cineworld Unlimited card. It's still one of the best films ever.

Weird one this - my local independent cinema played Jaws at a midnight screening back at the start of the year (may've even been last year!), and now they're showing it again, only in the daytime? Hmm.

The midnight screening included the original trailer, a mock-up advert for a holiday on Amity Island, and a table display of original props and merchandise (including THAT HEAD). Don't think this "new" screening will have all that!
