Well aren't Tom Toms based on Windows anyway so shouldn't be hard to get an emulator to run. I suppose the touch screen is the issue (though don't they have mini-usb for charging?).

I looked, I think you would need to have a self boot .elf and disk image similar to the PI or Hombrew channel on WII, then you will have the environment to run Fuse.

My TOM TOM is in a renult and has a remote control so I suppose you could map over to that.

No need! The pic shows his car has a CD player so just hook that up using that CD-ROM kit Codemasters used to sell for Speccy for super fast loading times!
