They have great energy and I would listen to an odd track but can't imagine listening to an album.

And yeah can definitely hear Static X as well as SOAD influence in there.

Static-X  , no please say it ain't so...

Static-X have to be one of the worst bands ever, and that crappy gangster rap crossover thing they did years ago that Scuzz and Kerrang kept constantly repeating, aweful. I only listened to Scuzz & Kerrang when i first got Sky as it was a novelty, i soon stopped though, they are terrible channels, nothing but Chav Metal on there.

Why is it bad? I have tons of Japanese Movies, and small selection of Anime, and i absolutely hate English dub, English dub on any foreign film should be outlawed. I always watch anime with subtitles, its the best way, love the Japanese language.

It sounds to me like early Static X (when they were something new & fresh).. Wisconsin Death Trip/Machine era, I'm With Stupid is the song they remind of the most, along with Coal Chamber's Loco

The English dub of Death Note, like most anime dubs, sounds like a South Park parody of a serious thriller. It completely ruins it. L, in particular, sounds atrociously bad.

I love all the gutteral growling and screaming in metal, when all the elements gel and come together there is nothing else like it, well ther is  , but you know what i mean.

I spent the best part of 10 years falling to sleep listening to Metal and Rock every single night until my stereo finally gave up the ghost, it was really relaxing to me and in the end i couldn't sleep without listening to my music at night. I'd listen to whatever took my fancey, Cradel of Filth, Anaal Nathrakh, Nile, Katatonia, Paradice Lost, Amen, Neurosis, Siouxsie & The Banshees, Guns n' Roses, Dimmu Borgir, Bolt Thrower et al. I never had any problems sleeping listening to these types of bands, and found them to be highly relaxing infact, its taken me an aweful long time to adjust to not listening to my music at night as i sleep, weird, but cant beat some good music.

All dubs are disgusting, even the good ones.
Dreamcast (HKT-3030), PlayStation (SCPH-5552), PlayStation 2 (SCPH-39003), Sega Saturn (MK-80200-50), PC Engine Core Grafx II, AV Famicom, Neo Geo AES

Dubbing is good for one thing,,,, MONKEY! That is all....

Other great Japanese Bands - Dir En Grey (Try Obscure), The Gazette (Try Filth in the Beauty), D'espairs Ray (Try Garnet). Some of Gackt's stuff is cool like Oasis (New Fist of The North Star Theme), and Redemption (used for FFVII Dirge of Cerberus if i remember rightly).
