In any case, fitness age does indeed just measure how good you are at the minigames in it. There's little to no fitness aspect in your score.
The average game player is 33 years old.
The average age of the most frequent game buyer is 38 years old. 92 percent of computer game buyers and 80 percent of console game buyers are over the age of 18

I've got mine down to 20 now (although I haven't played it in a while! After I got 20 and put the rest of the family to shame, I got a bit bored of it )--the first time I played it though, I was apparently as fit as a 52 year old (by the games standards, at least). Just worked my way down to 20 after I got used to it.

Guess it wasn't as bad as my 11 year-old cousin... he got told he's as fit as a 76 year old.

OK I'm going in....had a Wii for a while now, but got Guitar Hero the same week and then went on holiday....

Look out for my embarrassingly low scores and embarrassingly high Fitness Age in a bit!

I was 22 today, which is probably around average. My lowest is 20 which I've had a few times in the last 3 weeks of using the thing. Does anyone know how much lower it can go below your actual age? Or is there no limit?

Also, how about seeing some high scores on some of the Balance / Aerobic games? ;)

Edit: Well, I should read the thread title properly next time. I thought this was Wii Fit. D'oh!
