Love it! so if you remove post counts it will magically transform peoples posting themes into lovely clean, on topic, C64 vs Speccy crap LMAO

Its definitely worth ditching post counts. They tend to make the more serious posters who just chip in with the odd "Heads Up" thread now and again carry their real life penis envy into the forum. Quite a few people are intimidated by a large post count however that post count was achieved. Although the post count actually means nothing at all in the grand scheme of things it causes these people no end of problems and can ultimately result in a catastrophic breakdown in their sense of humour. The ultimate result is a swift migration to a smaller forum - a sort of "village" rather than a "town" so to speak - and a slower, less post-heavy existence. I've seen it happen.

Didn't think this thread would cause so much debate!!! Just thought it would be fun

Anyway, if there are post counts then I can't see the problem with rankings and if RG don't introduce them then I will make my own up and tag you in my head!!!

Crunchy and Miner 2049er, you are both ZX80's
Dudley, you are a Commodore +4
and LeeT, you are an Amiga (or a man who should get out more  )
