He wants games, not tech demos ;)

Super Magnetic Neo. Even Opa-Opa changed his mind about that one :D

If you have friends you need Powerstone 2 (PAL) and Ooga Booga (US import only) they're both amazing in 4-player though not particualarly great for the single

Single Player Classics are

Rez
Metropolis Street Racer (the precursor to the Project Gotham series but more skill based)
Jet Set Radio (must buy)
Sonic Adventure 1
Sonic Adventure 2
Souls Calibur
Skies of Arcadia
Street Fighter 3 - 3rd Strike
Ikaruga (import only)
Cannon Spike (lacking in depth but good for old-time arcade style blasting with a cool co-op feature)
Shenmue
Shenmue 2
Crazy Taxi
Grandia 2 (much better than the poor PS2 version)
Rival Schools 2 - Project Justice
Daytona USA 2001
Fur Fighters
Sword of the Berserk (though it's too short really, but if you find it cheap and like anime it's a definate buy)
Code Veronica
Super Magnetic Neo (it's like the old Crash Bandicoot games)
Marvel Vs Capcom 2
Maken X (1st person swordfighting?!)
Starlancer (made by the Wing Commander blokey I believe)
Samba De Amigo (really expensive though)
Tech Romancer (giant robots fighting game)
Toy Commander (mission based vehicle combat style thing with a pretty good multiplayer too)

Confidential Mission and House of ther Dead 2 are both great lightgun games

There's just too many great Dreamcast games to mention tbh, it had probably the most consistant game library of any console out there, I'm not even bothering to mention all the great superior versions of previous gen games it had like Soul Reaver and Rayman2 etc

Yeah I know, my username does indeed suck. When I made this profile I never intended it to be my primary username, unfortunately it just ended up that way, and now I'm stuck with it unless I start over

I'm first to mention Sega Rally 2, that's quite odd.
Despite having a frame-rate issue (possibly due to being rushed towards completion and running on the WinCE platform) it's superior to the arcade in all facets otherwise. It has lots of replay value too and for the usual price it goes for, you cannot go wrong picking this up.

Other recommendations:
Under Defeat, Ikaruga, Daytona USA, Ferrari F355 Challenge: Passione Rossa, The Typing of the Dead, Bangai-O, & Zero Gunner 2.
