Favourite Storylines?!

Knuckles was always a good one for me (until they started bringing in "lost" Echidnas left right and centre). And the non-Sonic ones like Streets Of Rage or Wonder Boy. Decap Attack was always good for a laugh, much better than the actual game.

How dare you speak out against Decap Attack! Fantastic game!

Anyway, here's a website thingy where you can download every Sonic-related story there ever was. Click on "Chaotix Comics" to get the Knuckles stories.

Wonder if he'll get around to uploading all of the non-Sonic universe stuff?
My comics blog (mostly lesser-known UK stuff from the 80s and 90s)

My parents were against anything that did not relate directly to religion, so I had to read the issues around a friends.

I sent in a bunch of drawings and one of them must have got printed because a few weeks later a Sonic Stationary set turned up at the door. It was opened and examined by my parents, who eventually decided that I hadn't parted with any money for it, and it did not seem to be from the devil, so after a few days I was finally allowed to keep it.

I've still got it, though it's scattered around and well used!

I also loved these as I never had a Mega CD so it let me experience that game in a way. I also had the silly water game thing. I think we got it from Toys R us but I'm not sure. Loved the comic

I never liked it as a kid, in cartoons and comics where they wrote Sonic as a kind of laid back friendly dude. Playing the games I imagined him being more single minded and grim and autistic with a Batman-like personality. I mean he never spoke wisecracks in the games (at that time) or even smiled at the camera during gameplay, just scowled forwards with a grim look. And taps his foot like a drug addict. I know he smiles at the start, but that was before Robotnik destroyed his world.
