My Speccy mug came this morning. Everything fine about it. Slight bit of fading on the lower part of the print in one corner but fine all the same.
Would look better on a solid black mug though but I'm not complaining!

Update, well I got back from work & there it was! phew! Looks to be in perfect condition too. I take it all back....

Just wanted to say that after emailing Imagine Shop to say I wasn't happy with my mug, and wanted to return it, they sent me a replacement FOC. It arrived and is perfect - the printing exactly how it should be, no smudges or blurs! That's good customer service, nice one

The first I got, the handle was broken. They send me a new one, all fine. Except, now I have used it for the first time, and it seems it can't handle hot coffee. Cracks came in the mug as hopefully can be seen on the attached picture.

Have others experienced that with their mug? A shame really, because it is a nice mug and the printing of the sprites is quite good.

I ordered from the very first batch and have not to say had anything like this happen with my mug, and I think I may have had about 30-40 cups of coffee from it so far, so all is good, possible yours had a fracture during transit to your home, and only fully developed when in contact with heat etc.. and fractured to what it is now.., but I think they should sent you another one or refund you, I wouldn't be happy about it myself that's for sure.

I have three of the RG mugs - one was damaged in transit, but swiftly replaced with no hassle (cheers!)

I can't vouch for their integrity as a drinking vessels though, as they seem too good for that, so mine are being used as pen holders!

Anybody else not going to use them or have 2 sets so they can put a set away.
