Few Villa fans on here I think, what do you make of Big Eck coming to your club?

Apparently the training facilities were graffitied last night...

Our first 3 games: away to Newcastle, home to Liverpool, away to Man U - worth a fiver on us being bottom of the league after the first 3 matches!!

Happy enough, Sunderland at home - very winnable.

Having trouble with the Blue Square Premier fixtures (probably due to the disruption with Rushden), are they out yet? Who've Wrexham got?

Not my first choice by a long, long way - would've preferred Jol, Rijkaard or Flores for starters. I'm glad that we can now focus on the transfer market but I'd be lying if I said I was happy with the appointment.

This is a pretty big gamble by Randy, considering how many fans he has already alienated without a fixture having even been played. There are going to be considerably more than a few hundred people on his doorstep if things start to go badly.

At that stage - I can always go and watch JPA play for the Galaxy instead. ;)

The Wrexham fixtures hadn't been released when I was compiling the list I'm afraid.

Update: The lower league fixtures haven't even been completed yet as they have to wait for the Premier/Championship fixtures to be released to avoid clashes of games.

I.m glad we hired Mcleish...means that for the first time in years I can use the 3rd week of summer holiday out of the country using the 500 quid I normally waste on a season ticket plus I never need to return to Stoke again

The early European draws were made today.

My team, Linfield got drawn against FC BATE in the Champions League. A TERRIBLE draw, a costly trip & they will annihilate us on the pitch.

Cliftonville got TNS of Wales in a nice British derby for them.

But the plum tie from an Irish League perspective is Crusaders (who start in the 2nd round) drawing the Winners of the Fulham v NSI Runavik (Faroe Islands) game. Brilliant, brilliant draw for them, I am so jealous!

Dundee United play Śląsk Wrocław, considering who they could have had, that's a VERY tricky draw for them.
