More moderators please! I'm not volunteering BTW, but I'm sure there are plenty of trustworthy people that can be relied on to delete spam posts etc...

Currently with FT busy and MK not around much - who else is actually here to delete the spam crap? I'm sure Darran doesn't get involved in this.

I'm on here during silly times of the night and would love to annihilate them! Even when FT is around more - is it fair on him to get all the spam thrown in his direction?

I emailed Darran to offer my services. I think people such as Fatrucker do a great job of calming down online arguments amongst users

I would simply want to delete the spam as i hate spam with a passion ! Told Darran but he said hes a bit busy at the mo

But i mean that weird spam below, the guy has 7 spam posts and theyve been there a week. Fairplay to the mods, they obviously have a life/work life etc but i work at home, i'm quite happy to zap Spam where i can instantly. Like i say i would just concentrate on spam, two people arguing about politics/religion etc i would gladly leave that to Fattrucker ;)

You can tell it's R3PLAY time - reported at least 20 in the last hour.

I've got some admin rights now so i've been deleting lots of spammer accounts, you get new ones throughout the day. Some dont instantly post or have spam signatures. Others create the account with a spam signature but when i spot these i delete/de-activate their account asap.

At the moment i can only delete all spam posts from a spammer, not individual ones. So if someone does reply to a spam thread i'll be able to delete the spam but then the users silly reply to the spammer will just sit there. So dont reply to any please !

If the mods had to ban people who took the mick out of Spurs we would have to ban most of the forum

I had to soil my amazon account earlier as I bought a Sp*rs DVD for my cousin for Christmas - I will have to now buy about 1000 other items so that Chas & Dave's Greatest Hits* doesn't appear in the "recommended for you" list.

Anyway, whilst reading the synopsis of the 125 Years DVD this line did make me smile:

"The great fallacy is that the game is first and last about winning. It is nothing of the kind"

I'd be willing to do this too, as its getting silly now.

I'm not keen on getting involved in thread locking or sorting out bickering (and no doubt there are people who wouldn't want me doing that as I'm inevitably in a clique having made a few friends here), but I'm here so often I've no objections to spam killing.
