Hot Topic - Best NES Mega Man Game

Call me mental, but I've always preferred the Game Boy versions. Cute sprites and small but tough levels, perfectly suited to the handheld brick.

I loved the gb versions. I thought capcom did a fantastic job replicating the nes formula on the small screen with IV and V being my favourites of the 5.

Since I suck at all of the Mega Man games, I voted for Mega Man 3 because it has the best soundtrack.

If you picked anything other than Mega Man 3, you voted incorrectly. It had the best music, the superior controls (thanks to sliding being added,) and new characters such as Rush and Proto Man that helped flesh out the character's world more.

2 or 3.... argh. Both of these were superb.

I voted for 2 though, because.... I dunno, I just feel like they hit the sweet spot with this one.

The first one, it's the only one I know what "order" to play through. Can't really tell the sequels apart, they all blur into one big mess of frustration.
