Currently stuck into Assassin's Creed Brotherhood
on 360. Been playing AC2 and this back to back, found 2 a bit of a chore but this one is curiously enjoyable. I'm on nights and it seems very easy to play this in bite-sized chunks, advancing slowly but surely through mini-sessions on it. A mate at work was saying how he found this 'linear' in comparison to AC2 but I'm not seeing it - this seems to have condensed the size of the map and made it much 'thicker', rather than tedious and watered-down like in the previous two, plus they've added some odd rare item collection stuff which reminds me of Onimusha 2 a bit, I like that type of stuff. Much prefer to play games set in a smaller, richer world than an empty, boring, drawn-out one, so this actually improves upon those previous two games, at least for me (I'm the type of gamer who preferred Fallout 3 to Oblivion).
First AssCreed game I've actually found myself *enjoying*, plus I love referring to them as "AssCreed".
