Lego Games!

Which Lego game you think is the best?

I think is a toss-up between Star Wars III : The Clone Wars or The Pirates Of The Caribbean!

They're all challenge-free repetitive experiences (well the 23 I've played are).

I've only played Lego Star Wars and that was pretty fun. They're the ultimate collect-em-ups.

Lego Batman is a particular favorite for me, also like Lego Indy because I cashed in when people were using it to hack the Wii's!!

I love the Lego games because they are simple fun - perfect for wasting a bit of time on.

My favourite has to be Complete Saga on DS (I haven't played any of the console games). It was a huge improvement over LSWII on DS (and had no game breaking glitches). A close second would be Lego Batman on PSP - I'm still trying to finish it!

I've spent a lot of hours on th Lego games and enjoy them a lot - particularly the sense of humour. I'm going to be different and pick Lego Rock Band for its great track selection, clever environments and depictions of classic bands.

They're all charming in their own way and great fun just to pick up and play. I get to play loads because my son is in to them and we actually managed to 100% Batman! Something that rarely gets rarely done, especially by me impatient as I am. Its probably my favourite Lego Game at a push. Looking forward to the sequel this summer.

I haven't played Lego Harry Potter or Batman yet but I think Lego Star Wars was the best one for me.

If i'd played Pirates on something other then wii i'd have enjoyed it more, though it is good fun.

Lego Island or Lego Creator, heaps of fun on them. Would like to play Pirates of the Caribbean one day....

I must be in a minority here, but I've only ever played one (Lego Star Wars) - and was not really all that impressed with it - each to their own I suppose.

They're not super-great or anything, but they're really not bad games either. Pretty decent, most of them. Definitely pointed at a younger audience though, so you get things like no penalties for dying, or stuff like that.

And these games, many of them sold REALLY FREAKING WELL. I was working at a Toys R Us when the Star Wars ones were popular. Always out of stock.

I find that they reward repeated play - like Metriod, you can unlock and see more of the game as you earn new abilities/characters. Yes, bashing bricks to earn studs is repetitive but there are some excellent puzzles to solve along the way.

The Lego Universe MMO was pretty good, shame it closed down in January.
