Already happened - search YouTube for "Game Hunters".

All I'm getting from that is people shooting deer and the like.

Anyone else watching Comic Book Men?

A 'reality' show set in Kevin Smith's comic shop, Jay and Silent Bob's Secret Stash, its got some really interesting items and guests appearing.

Most of it is just the guys kicking back and shooting crap, but there's obviously some set up to the things brought into the shop for sale and the experts called in to authenticate and price them.

Its not just comic stuff, it also brings in TV and movie memorabilia, toys etc.

There's some filler (a car boot sale in episode 1, a hockey game in episode 2), but the core of the show is quite watchable.

Is this airing on UK TV?

No idea. I never watch broadcast TV these days, haven't for years. Why be tied to someone else's schedule when the internet lets you have your own? I went looking for it as it was mentioned on The Forcecast.

Meant "Game Chasers" - my bad!

Easy mistake to make, I also had Auction Hunters in my poor excuse for a brain!

Is that just the pilot episode that aired last year, or have they finally put out the next episode?

I watched it as well. Hmmm, don't know what to make of it. I have only read the first book. It might take a bit of getting used to. I have only heard the first radio adaptation as well(with Harry Enfeld as Dirk).

I also finished off 'Romanzo Criminale'. A great series and a shocking ending. I hope season 2 gets shown soon.

I've got to catch up with this (iPlayer download isn't working, streaming is a waste of time and dodgy download not available yet).

Did you watch the pilot episode for it last year? That may set things up a bit better for the series.

Yeah, I saw the pilot from last year. That used some elements from the books. That episode seemed to have the spirit of Dirk(so to speak) better, although not without a few flaws. It might just take a bit of getting used to. They are difficult books to adapt. I think even the radio version had a bit of trouble, and dare I say it - maybe Enfeld was miscast in that version. Mangan seems to know the character of Dirk better.

I don't know how many series they could make of them? There wasn't that much source material left by Adams. Just two books and an unfinished one. Unless as they seem to be doing, just producing original stories.

I watched episode 11 of Fringe(from season 4). Great stuff from Walter and co. It is still 50/50 whether it will be renewed for a 5th season. Fingers crossed everyone.

I then watched more of True Blood(season 4).

I watched more of 'Homeland'. Hmmm, this series isn't growing on, yet. But the ending was shocking, I'll sdmit.

I then watched 'Inglorious B@stards'. My second viewing of it. Definitely one of QT's best films. Okay, it has flaws, it is over long and a little bit self indulgent. However, it has the energy of his earlier work,(I am thinking of Reservoir Dogs and Pulp Fiction) and was missing in most of his other films. Chistoph Waltz was amazing in this film.
