I have absolutely no idea in all honesty as never played the psx version and only played this one for about half hour before getting bored (GTA games aren't really my thing).

Wikipedia does say this though: The PC and Dreamcast versions of GTA2 are both rated M by the ESRB. The language and violence were toned down for the PlayStation and Game Boy Color versions which received a T rating.

So the Dreamcast does have more swearing and violence by the looks of it.

Unless I've got the wrong end of the stick I assumed that the 50 post thing only applied to selling yourself or trading although I might have read it wrong, if so sorry for wasting your time and I'll know for future reference
