Thought I'd get my excuse in early.. Well Shaun beat me to it tonight..

My Mango IRC client for iPad has given up the ghost.. It won't even load up now just flashes up on screen and then vanishes.. Deleted it and reinstalled to no effect.. Will look into a new one next week and try and make a chat comeback..

I use XChat-WDK. Nice simple program. mIRC was pretty good when I used it too though.

If you need a 'free' IRC for Windows, then HydraIRC is recommended by a lot of people. I paid for MIRC, it is pretty good, but if you want a freebie.
