Seriously addictive and highly playable, plus the story has kept me entertained.

Now just over eleven hours gameplay and some of the side quests done including the haunted mansion where I was laughing through out the boss fight as I found it to be quite funny.

Im about to be playing AC revelations, the PS3 version which includes the original AC. Its £18 brand new in my local Sainsburys if anybody is thinking of getting it. The 360 version is in there too for the same price, but doesnt include the original.

I'm going to stick it back on later for hopefully a reasonable amount of time in an effort to get me away from Kid Icarus - put FIVE hours straight into that last night, and could have kept going. Stupid amount of things to do in it, 33 hours so far, and a sore left arm to show for my efforts this morning.

I'm currently cruising through the campaign mode and levelling up during Horde mode in Gears of War 3. Also playing Uncharted: Drake's Fortune on Crushing difficulty.

As for retro, I had a go on Daytona USA (XBLA).

I couldn't settle on any current-gen game today, so I ended up playing Altered Beast on the MD. :?

Fallout: New Vegas. Spent a bit of time playing this over the long weekend. I'm 40+ hours into it and I still haven't even got to New Vegas yet! It is amazing how much they packed into New Vegas. It is easy to dismiss it as a cheap cash in expansion pack, but it is so massive and complex, I can see why it took so long to make. It isn't just an expansion pack.

I'm not concentrating on the main quest right now. I'm too busy wondering the wastes, trying to find all the locations on the map. Not easy when I keep running into Caesar patrols, who basically all want me dead. I have found a couple of companions, so that makes it a lot easier.

I am still finding hilarious glitches. I'll routinely find enemies (especially Radscorpions) that have fallen through the floor, so just their tails stick out. And yesterday I found an NPC teaching an empty classroom. He was talking and writing on the blackboard - only there were no kids in the room and nothing was written on the board, even though it was making scribbling noises. I couldn't tell if he was mental or it was a bug

I tell you what though, it is well worth doing the "ED-E My Love" mission. It is fascinating.

i personally prefer New Vegas to Fallout 3. Perhaps because I played it first and put in a about 90 hours. All i can say is be wary of the DLC.. I only played Dead Money (insanely difficult, i had to use a guide to get through and you can't return to the normal game til it's complete. About 10-15 hours), Honest hearts wasn't too bad and Old World Blues i didn't finish.. always meant to return.

I haven't played any of the DLC for either game. I can't see how people could spend 90+ hours playing the main game and then come back for more! Especially in the case of Fallout 3, where by the end you're so powerful virtually nothing can touch you.

Mind you, I didn't like starting from scratch in NV. I really miss my power armour!

Playing through dante's inferno, and I'm really enjoying it. It's a really good god of war clone, the combat system is actually a lot more robust than GoWs, as it liberally steals moves from devil may cry (to it's betterment). Playing though the ghost of sparta for the psp, it's pretty good so far. The additional magic system is appreciated, so far it's been pretty easy even for GoW. But it's still fun and it's a really nice looking game.

They've changed the leveling in FO NV, you're not quite so overpowered at the higher levels, so tougher enemies remain fairly tough. Deathclaws in particular are much tougher in NV. FO 3 was a bit absurd once you're up to level 30, especially if you have Fawkes as a companion, he is virtually unkillable.

Virtua Fighter 5. It seems far more accessible than 3TB (the first one I had). So far I'm enjoying it.

Played for about an hour and after the initial oddness of just pressing forward to attack I started to get into it.

Its a much different game to play than many other RPGs out there today. It took me quite a while to get my head around its extensive gameplay systems, but once you do you are in for a very nice treat. The characters, story and customisation of the characters is all good. I was aiming to have it completed by this coming Friday when Pandora's Tower comes out, but thats not going to happen in all likelihood now as I'm only halfway through it and I don't think I can honestly spend anymore money on games for a while - being a Nintendo gamer (for the msot part) is very expensive! I will shop around though, and if its a good price anywhere I might pick it up, we'll see.

One thing that is putting me off going back to The Last Story right now is that when I sit down with it I tend not to get up from it for hours  I have had several Monster Hunter-style sessions on that game. Seriously addictive and highly playable, plus the story has kept me entertained.

Playing this myself now and I really like it at last. Put 3 hours from the start into it and may well pop some more in before bed. A really good game so far.

I put it on last night for a half hour play, over an hour later I turned it off.

I was only doing side-quests.

Snes gourmet sentai bara yarou a scrolling beat em up I can't get very far on, can't get past the second Boss absolutely nuts game..

Silent Hill Downpour very evil and miserable game, those Missions are a bit vague I'm sure nobody could have guessed a few of them.. The Shadow Puppet side quest springs to mind, finding a object in a Random box, placing said object in a random candle holder thing in a alley and shinning the torch on the shadow it casts to turn it into a colelctable object!!!

Last Story bought a second Wii to play this not far in yet

I was playing The Last Story again last night and strangely the session just wasn't as much fun as it has been in the past. I hope it picks up again as that play time was very lacking in surprises. Controls and camera gave me some trouble as well.

I'm going to continue on and hope its just a mid-game lull that I am experiencing. The game is phenomenal once it gets going, so hopefully it will get itself back up and running again.
