Finally, after 28 years of playing the game.. .. .. not 28 years of solidly playing it and nothing else you understand.. .. .. life has generally, and typically, gotten in the way .. .. .. eating, sleeping, school, homework, A-Team on TV, college, Red Dwarf/Harry Enfield and Chums on TV, drinking & generally socialising/sharking for the fairer sex, homework, part-time jobs, uni - not so much homework, full-time job, serious girlfriend/s, wedding, kids, holidays, other hobbies and.. .. you know... other stuff. Well, I have finally, (still with me? good) completed the not quite so impossible, but fairly impossible, Impossible Mission on the C64. I am very pleased with myself! :D Actually, I didn't play through the game on the original hardware so my victory seems ever so slightly diminished. Still CCS64 does it's job of turning my laptop into a C64 very well indeed and the PS2 pad didn't at all do a good job of pretending to be a Quikshot II.

Chip and dale rescue rangers for the nes. A short and easy but fun platformers by capcom. Not as good as duck tales though.

Crysis 2, enjoyed the game a lot but (as often seems to be the case these days) the ending was flat. Now playing Space Marine... then Vanquish.... then Brutal Legend - in that order :)

But still a capcom platformer on the NES and therefore brilliant

I love the music in that game. Oh, and the awesome co-op mode.

Brutal Legend is a great game, I really enjoyed it, if you're not a metalhead some of it will seem a little 'over your head' but it'll definately make you appreciate heavy metal a lot more, the only thing that disapointed me was it all seemed to be over a little too soon :(

True. I've got pretty much all of capcoms output on the nes/famicom and enjoy pretty much all of them. There Disney output on it and the snes were great, right up there with segas in my opinion.

Decapitationnnn

I loved Brutal Legend, partly because it's a fun game to play and partly because the music is used brilliantly. I must have played the driving bit to Dragonforce so many times and the cut scene with Mr. Crowley is done so well.

Plus all of the appearances from the metal legends is classic.

Silent Hill Downpour I really enjoyed this for most part, Silent Hill itself was brilliant though the otherworld Prision and Chase near the end where pretty poor.. Infuriating second to last Boss Fight, the build up to the last Boss sent chills through - also a really good last Boss fight!! Storywise its as evil as the earlier Silent Hills but seems to be its own game, suprised they never used 'Pyramid Head' as he's insanily popular

I'm actually glad they didn't go the easy route and use pyramid head. His story was pretty tied to silent hill 2 and I thought he was a wasted opportunity in homecoming.this game did well enough to stand on its own without using the tried and tested silent hill cliches.

Binary Domain. It was really good, I enjoyed the cyberpunk feel and the characters were all pretty likeable. Cut scenes were actually entertaining in places, I especialy enjoyed the evil dead style cheesy ending. The boss fights were mostly good but a few frustrating touches, such as dropping your weapon when hit by an attack and falling over, spoiled a few of them. I probably liked the single player more than gears 3, multiplayer was pretty poor though. With a budget for multiplayer it could be a great franchise. It's sega though, we'll never see a sequel :)

Same here, its like they kept using Pyramid Head and the Nurses because they where popular characters to shift more copies... Having all new monsters but still based in Silent Hill and making it more free roaming with optional Side quests made it feel like a new game.. I think the Silent Hills are one of the greatset Franchise's ever made excluding 'The Room' I'm glad they did something different, Boogeyman was a cool character reminds me a bit of Zero from the DS 999...

Probally all the kids on Gamefaqs will be going mental as 'Pyramid Head' isn't on there and it ruined the Game for them
