^^ I wouldn't got that far, but still can't understand how most gamers think it's the best thing since sliced bread.

I still say Crysis 2 is a better game but over on the 360 forum that's a bit like saying the world is flat.

Truthfully I thought Crysis 2 was really repetitive, a beauty to look at and functional to play but the enemies were uninspiring and it got boring before the end.

Anyways, Halo Reach is a fantastic game! I was a little annoyed at how the story went against some of the cannon but it was told brilliantly. The ending is one of the best of any game I've played.

MP was rubbish though, not that that bothered me.

God, I'm back late to the party, sorry that the reply has taken a while =/

See, with Crysis it was all Graphics, spectacle, and not much else. Perhaps I should have taken a tactical approach, but I just ran in, shot censored up, and ran out. With Halo, I run in, shoot censored up, then have a look round for skulls, audio clips, story links etc, and thoroughly enjoyed it =/

Not saying Crysis doesn't have that, I did enjoy Crysis2, but no where near as much as I enjoyed Reach. Hell, Reach campaign could possibly be one of my favourites of all time.

I really like this one a lot as it's a good way to introduce the series. The gameplay was very clever as I been switching between the hologram and jetpack through the campaign. It was tough on Legendary difficulty as some enemies took quite long to kill and you have to pick up as many ammos as possible to get pass it. Plus the needle rifle comes in useful (especially if you're going for a headshot) and that seems to be the hint. Oh and not forgetting the needler, which is a fun weapon to use when shooting the grunts.

halo reach is the first halo game i haven't played through to completion. i don't know what the story arc is in these games, some utter nonsense from what i did grasp, but i didn't play the games for narrative anyway. i really enjoyed the vehicle combat, weapons and the nice AI baddies. i loved that fooking huge mallet thing you can pick up, jumping around like mallet mario in donkey kong tw@tting stuff.... very satisfying.

i just found reach....boring and fiddly. don't know if suffering some sort of halo overdose.

(i've completed combat evolved, 2 and 3)

I'm not surprised you didn't enjoy it, you obviusly couldn't adapt to a different type of game

 F****************K! I logged into my profile, started up Reach, and I find my onscreen tag and logo had been changed, my armour had been set back to default, and the campaign had all it's levels "locked" (I saved it on New Alexandria, which it let me play, but no levels prior to it), regardless of the fact that I have the achievement for completing it on Legendary 2 years ago. At least my credits, achievements, rank and armour haven't been deleted. My mate says I should try re-downloading my XBL account, which I did, but it didn't do anything. I haven't done anything ban-worthy, I've no idea what happened. Another mate says it's happened to him 5 times
